Volunteering

Races couldn’t happen and run smoothly without volunteers giving their time to help out.

Most volunteer positions will be in aid stations, at intersections along the routes directing runners, or setting up/taking down course markings like cones. Please indicate if there are positions you are more interested in than others.

There is onsite dorm lodging for $50 per person and volunteers will be provided meals while helping.

• Bike course (You will show up at 7:30am and stay until the last bikers are done, before 10am)
• Swim course (You will show up at 7am and be in the water until the swim is over)
• Tear down (cleaning up after the race and would go from 10:30 – 2pm)
• Friday Bike Course Sweeping (driving the bike course and sweeping debris)
