Tri West will be hosting the 1st annual MN Triathlon Club Team Championship!

Tri Clubs offer many benefits, bringing members together to socialize and train together in preparing for triathlon participation. We want to highlight the many Tri Clubs all around Minnesota along with a competition clubs of any size can participate in.

We will be highlighting all participating Tri Clubs in advertising and in person at Tri West. The Top 5 Club member scores will be used for Championship scoring.

Introducing the Tiger Prowl 1 Mile + 5k!

Run a 1 mile out and back and / or a 5k around the Tech High School campus, with both races finishing on the 50 yard line inside Tech Stadium.

We are working with the St. Cloud Tech Cross Country Booster Club to fundraise for the team. The booster club's goals are to help provide opportunities to the team and create equitable access for all.

From Main Street Mile participants, we received $170 of donations and added $180 to that, to be used as administration sees fit, along with donating 3 sweatshirts, to help Annandale Elementary students.

The goal of Running Tangents' events is always to give back to community as much as possible. Thank you for your contributions and participation in our events!

Main Street Mile 2023 will be on Sat, December 9. Mark your calendar!
