This is from my daughter's first track meet two years ago, when she was 4. Being competitive and loving to win, I thought she would be upset, but instead she had the biggest smile after the race and wanted more. Track meets were shortly put on hold, but she's looking forward to running again!

Hope to see you and your kids out on the track on June 25!

Eddy 'Round the Block 5k is two months from yesterday!
It is the one race that doesn't get to to Stanley Eddy, but there is still some good scenery!

This is bound to be one of the hardest road 5k races you'll ever run. Do you have what it takes to master the constant hills?
